Earlier this evening J mentioned to me that he misses beignets. (If you don't know what a beignet is, I'm sorry. Truly sorry that you've never tasted this mouthwatering and oh so messy treat.)
Speaking of J, he also suggested, quite seriously, that we handcuff E's hands together when he's in time out. J thinks this will make the time outs much easier for the rest of us because E won't be able to move around and potentially hit J as he walks past. J thought long and hard about this suggestion, and even found his toy handcuffs to show me.
I must admit I can see the benefits of this. I'd, however, handcuff him to something rather then just handcuff his hands together. Seems to make a little more sense.

I'm SO CONFUSED!
What happened with E? What incident? How does this relate to whatever the heck a bei-whatsit is?

I made an attempt to clear things up. Let me know if this makes more sense.

Much better....and makes me wonder what you and Ty might do with the handcuffs after the kiddos are asleep....
But does not clear up what a bie-whoosie-where is.....I guess I will need to be edjumacated at a later date on that one. Just don't forget.

I'll jump in here just cause I happen to know.
A beignet, pronounced BEN YAY is an awesome little pillow like puffed donut , reminds me a little of sopapillas but yummier.
Anyway the dough is fried, pulled out and doused with powdered sugar ...HEAVEN!
A beignet and a chickory coffee are a classic NO eperience.
That reminds me I need to go to Whole Foods and buy the mix and coffee for this week-ends Mardi Gras breakfast!

Very sorry to say, there are no Cafe Du Mondes in Oregon. Sniff.
The boys would get a kick out of making their own!
