I thought he would be the one to annoy the crap out of me during these winter Olympics. I pretty much despise all commentators, Costas being one to just show up at random events and blather on and on. But, I've never heard anything quite so stupid as Scott Hamilton's commentary of the ice skating.
How could he be such a total and complete ass? He is so MEAN to those skaters, critical and catty and rude. I don't love ice skating, never has been something I particularly enjoy watching, but I can appreciate the talent and dedication that it takes to get to the olympics. And to hear Hamilton criticize in his smug little voice just kills me.
Jerk.

on a happier note: BobbyC has been surprising silent and non-annoying this year -- except for the segment we had to watch with the football guy, which was COMPLETELY RETARDED and will only anger me to think about so I won't -- and for that we can be thankful. Because, usually, I want to hog tie him with his boring tie and throw him in any one of many gross man-made lakes that are at my disposal.
