6 Minutes

I have 6 minutes to write something here that will entertain, amaze, and keep you coming back for more. Probably ain't gonna happen. But I will tell you our Christmas plans because I find them quite exciting.

This year, to get away from the commercial and religious aspects (some of you are weeping as I say that, because what's Christmas without religion and presents, right?) we decided to have Santa bring a different kind of gift. The plan is to have the kids wake up Christmas morn to a sled and a note from Santa. The note will read something like this:

Dear Wonderful and Cute J and E,
Ho Ho Ho. Merry Christmas. Good morning. In just a couple hours, you and your mom and dad will head for a cabin in the woods, where you can play in the snow, make snowmen, sled, snowshoe, relax, toast marshmellows, drink hot chocolate, and enjoy the company of your family. Everything is ready, all you need to do is grab your jacket and go, go, go!
Love,
Santa
(offer void if this note is opened and read before 6:00 am on the Big Day.)

We're booked and ready, come on December 25th!

What an awesome gift! They are going to be beside themselves :-)

They'll get more than enough tacky, noisy, colorful gifts from their tacky, noisy, colorful family members to more than make up for our life lessons.

That's just the way it is baby.
