So I have 9 minutes before I have to get ready for work. Can I write an interesting and entertaining post in 8 minutes time?
Doubtful.
I'm not gloomy anymore. The sky is still gray but it no longer matches my mood. I am a bit unmotivated though. I can't seem to find my mojo.
Speaking of the sky, it really is interesting here. 7 minutes left. It has been gray, almost silver actually, for days with no sunlight and no rain. No clouds either. Just constant gray. It isn't too bad yet, and the kids don't mind it at all. 6 minutes. It's also cold. Like 35 degrees outside cold. Everyone here says that the cold is abnormal. Sure is to me.
5 minutes. I'm going to be part of the Treatment Team at work. They hired me to work some weekends and holiday shifts with the kids in the residence program. This will allow me to work closer with the kids and (4 minutes) thier treatment issues. I'm happy to have the experience so I can decide if this is something I want to go back to school for. I acutally found a very interesting program at Portland State University where I could (3 minutes) graduate with a masters and a PhD in Social Work with a focus on treating victims of abuse and trauma. Sounds interesting.
2 minutes. Isn't it pathetic that it takes me this long to write something so short. I have to go back and read it 10 times. I'm not proud of my public writing skills. Although Stace did give me a very nice compliment. 1 minute.
Actually, I need at least one minute to publish this thing. I'm even going to skip the spell check so you'll have to deal with the mistakes. I'm off to work.
Have a nice day. 0 minutes.
ROFL...love the countdown Co and the program for the PHd sounds really interesting (1 minute). Talk to you soon (time's up!)

you are the cutest thing ever.
I'm so glad you'll have a chance to try some baby wings out in the big bad world of social work before making a decision to soar into it. I can't wait to hear about the whole process.
Where ya been lately? I've been missing you.............
